Position: Customer Service Support Centre Representative
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
• Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they have the best banking experience.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the bank products to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Six (6) CSEC passes - Grades 1 & 2 (Mathematics and English are compulsory)
- Certificate in Customer Service & /or proven experience or relevant background is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer applications and social media platforms.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Adaptability to changing technology and processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
