This means that your traditional bank statements will no longer be mailed but accessible through our e-banking platforms. This change will commence with Statement Savings Accounts and will subsequently be implemented for Chequing Accounts.

How secured are you?
Great question! Your online account is private and protected by a unique username and password so that your statements and account information can only be accessed by you. We remind you to keep your login credentials confidential.
How to Enroll?
When you sign-up for our e-banking services, you are automatically enrolled to receive E-Statements. If you have not yet registered for our e-banking services, click here to download and print the e-banking application form. This document can thereafter be completed and submitted for further processing to any of our branch locations or via e-mail at banking@demerarabank.com.
Hold Mail Services and Printed Statements
The Bank's 'Hold Mail' facility will be discontinued upon implementation of E-Statements. Requests for printed bank statement(s) will incur a fee of $300 per page.
